Our colleague Bruno Oliveira (AZTI) participated in this years' 'Scenarios Forum 2025' on behalf of Marine SABRES last week (16-18 July, university of Leeds, UK) . As art of this event, Bruno delivered a collaborative presentation entitled "An Inclusive Approach to Enriching Global and Marine Scenarios", that explored how integrating diverse perspectives and knowledge systems can lead to more robust, equitable, and actionable scenario development — especially in the marine context, under the MarineSABRES project umbrella.

[I am] grateful to the organizers and all the brilliant participants for the engaging discussions and collaborative spirit. [I am] looking forward to continuing the conversation and building on the momentum - Bruno Oliveira

Bruno reflecting on the event, praised the forum for being a fantastic space to connect with researchers, policymakers, and practitioners working across disciplines, enabling those present to tackle complex global challenges. He indicated that it was especially rewarding to see how inclusivity and interdisciplinarity were becoming central themes in scenario work.
